NLP Applications in business

I just finished a day on NLP applications in business. We spent the day exploring how to use NLP skills in this context, including using language in building rapport and influence. We also spent some time on determining how to create really excellent strategic thinking and used some of the exercises that I use in corporate work. Often the simplest and most precise exercises produce really great results!
